• Serve as the primary teacher responsible for the daily operation of your toddler classroom

• Create a warm, safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

• Plan and implement age appropriate learning activities

• Maintain consistent classroom routines for meals, diapering, potty training, outdoor play, learning activities, rest time, and transitions

• Support children's social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development

• Use positive and developmentally appropriate guidance techniques

• Maintain accurate daily records and required classroom documentation

• Communicate professionally and positively with parents about their child's day and development

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom

• Follow all center policies, health and safety procedures, and Texas Child Care Licensing Minimum Standards
