Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and high-level litigation support from case inception through resolution
- Manage all phases of case development, including trial preparation and post-trial activities
- Draft, review, and cite-check complex legal documents with precision
- Oversee document production and eDiscovery using Relativity and related litigation technologies
- Maintain litigation calendars and proactively manage deadlines
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of California litigation paralegal experience, ideally in a private client environment
- Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
- Experience with eDiscovery using Relativity, iPro, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player who takes ownership of their work
