Responsibilities

- Lead the monthly cost accounting close, including inventory reconciliations and product cost roll-ups.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and variances, providing insights to improve operational and financial performance.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting and data integrity.
- Present reporting packages and deliverables to leadership.
- Maintain standard costs and support inventory accounting accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Maintain internal controls over cost and inventory accounting.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, inventory accounting, and standard costing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
