Your Mission
The MASY Group is a growing Nunn Perry award-winning government service company providing intelligence analysis, educational, and operational support to key federal agencies such as the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. We are seeking a Help Desk support professional to support a DoD customer at Ft. Eustis, VA.
Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal trouble tickets with the engineers while maintaining open and timely communications with both the end user and the technical team

• Act as liaison between Help Desk and System Engineers

• Answer Help Desk calls and respond to ATHD-AESMP tickets

• Process Training Enrollment Requests

• Perform Monthly and ADHOC report formatting
Your Qualifications
-
• Two years Help Desk experience or similar customer service area

• Desk Institute (HDI) Customer Service Representative (preferred)

• Windows 11 experience

• Experience with MS Office products (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Secret clearance is preferred but must be US Citizen and ability to obtain T1 Investigation
