Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Be the Expert: Install, commission, and optimize high-tech industrial machinery at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues to keep machines running at peak performance.
  • Customer-Focused Solutions: Provide hands-on training and technical support to ensure customers get the most out of their equipment.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and engineering best practices.
  • Travel & Explore: Enjoy opportunities to visit different manufacturing facilities across North America and beyond.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in field service, industrial machinery installation, or maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, electrical troubleshooting, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine documentation.
  • A passion for solving complex technical challenges and delivering top-tier customer support.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (including occasional international assignments).
