What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and healthcare providers.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Process orders accurately while maintaining patient information within company systems.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and assist with obtaining required authorizations.
  • Collect and review documentation to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college credits or degree preferred).
  • Prior experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Internet applications.
  • A self-motivated individual with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
