OverviewO’Connor Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CSR Agent Representative to join our dynamic Bridgeville team. We pride ourselves on delivering trusted, personalized insurance solutions to our clients throughout Western Pennsylvania. This licensed, client-focused professional will balance customer service responsibilities with personal lines sales and retention, helping drive both client satisfaction and agency growth. Hours: 9am - 4:30pm : $2000 Sign On BONUSKey Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visiting clients; answer phones and resolve inquiries professionally.
  • Provide billing support, process payments, and assist with claims reporting.
  • Maintain accurate client records, correspondence, and systems.
  • Communicate effectively with agents and support staff regarding client needs.
  • Write tenant and other personal lines policies; make renewal and cancellation calls.
  • Re-engage past clients and prospects through agency systems.
  • Maintain organized, professional office operations and participate in team projects.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent in PA (or ability to obtain within 1 year). Existing license strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of business administration experience; 2+ years of client service.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office while maintaining professionalism.
  • Positive, client-first attitude with strong teamwork and confidentiality standards.
