Counsel (NY, NY) Clarick Gueron Reisbaum LLP, a premier commercial litigation boutique law firm specializing in litigation across different sectors, seeks candidates for a Counsel position to engage in broad-based litigation practice encompassing complex comm'l, art & entm't, employment, & IP litigation, as well as pro bono cases; lead teams rep. clients of all types in a wide range of disputes in state/federal courts & arbitrations; dvlp case strategies; research complex legal issues; handle all aspects of fact & expert discovery, participate in legal proceedings. Must have J.D. deg or first prof'l deg in law; admission to NYS bar; 5 yrs of exp as Litigation Associate; 5 yrs of exp practicing complex comm'l litigation; 5 yrs of exp managing trial teams litigating in state & federal courts & before comm'l arbitrators; 5 yrs of exp managing teams of associate attorneys & paralegals in all stages of litigation, incl pre-litigation phase, fact discovery, expert discovery, dispositive motions, trial, appeals, mediation, & settlement.
