Cost Estimator/Project Manager (NY, NY) Oversee &amp; manage the org, sched'g, budgeting, &amp; implmtn of plans on multiple projects. Review all project drawings, scopes, schedules, &amp; other project-rltd docs to ensure a comprehensive knowl of designated projects. Calculate takeoffs, quantities, &amp; material price-checks in coord'n w/ another cost estimator, verifying data &amp; reviewing calculations to ensure their accuracy.
