Cloud Project Specialist

Cloud Project Specialist for VNS Health Health Plans dvlps data warehouse process models; designs, dvlps & implements project plans to generate reports & analytics for mngd care payor programs. Serves as subject matter expert for IT projects involving med mgmt of Medicare, Medicaid, & Select Health plans, for Utilization Mgmt, Behav'rl Health, LTCare, & Rx deps. Defines project scope, identifies objectives, techs, tasks, deliverables & timetables. Interacts w end users to document reprtg & data wrhsg reqs; creates database models to generate data analysis, BI reports & ETL processes. Extracts data from data warehouse to provide visualizations, reports & analysis for mgmt review & insights. Elicits needs from involved depts & product teams to document biz reqs, fnc'l reqs, data dictionaries, process & data flow diagrams, data migration reqs, data mapping, source systems, & transformatn logic for source-to-target mapping. Designs & plans ETL data migration projects to acquire & analyze data from primary & secondary sources; creates data mapping specs for ETL dvlprrs, & file specs/layouts for vendors to submit data on plan member enrollment. Participates in build/buy decisions & vendor selection, develops biz case & ROI models for user requests. Participates in full project lifecycle; tests & validates resulting software platforms, appls & components; provides training & documentation to end users. Fully remote; may work anywhere in US- mtgs @VNS 4x/yr. Salary Offered: $126,360

Reqs: MS in CompSci, IS, or rel, + 18 mos. exp. any IT role w/end-to-end responsibility for SDLC of cloud data warehouse solut'ns for mgd care payors, using FACETS, SQL scripts & queries, Oracle/SQL Server/DB2; project mgmt & SDLC methodologies.
