Pay Rate:
- Sales Manager - $70,000 - $82,000 Annually (starting range)
- Opportunity for a team-based bonus on weekly sales goals met for everyone in the store
Typical Retail/Store Hours:
- Monday - Wednesday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Thursday & Friday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Employees OPEN & CLOSE 1 hour beyond hours of operation
- Employees REQUIRED to have WEEKEND & some EVENING Availability
Sales Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Actively engage in the sales process, lead by example, and guide sales staff on the sales floor.

Supervise, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Develop a basic understanding of all store functionalities, including customer service and sales operations.

Customer Experience:
Provide exceptional customer experiences by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of merchandise, representing the brand, and creating a unique retail experience.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the store management team, including the Store Visual Merchandiser, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Managerial Duties:
Participate in store openings and closings, process clean and checks, and participate in shop-related inventories.

Sales Tools:
Familiarize themselves with and effectively utilize Shane Co.'s sales tools.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Leadership and Management:
Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, developing, and training others, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.

Sales Experience:
Knowledge of selling techniques and practices, with prior experience in a face-to-face sales environment.

Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Availability during evenings and weekends is a must, as Shane Co. is closed on major holidays.

- Needs to have 2 or more years of sales experience, and managing, leading, developing, and training in the retail industry.
- Pay range is based on experience
- Potential for monthly bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a member of the store team, your role as a Sales Manager is to help your team develop customer relationships and maximize sales, while training for the next level of management within our company
- This role serves both our customers and our team as a member of the store leadership team
- As a member of the store leadership team, the Sales Manager assists in driving top-line sales by maximizing sales growth potential by ensuring all customers' needs are met
- Assist in driving top-line sales, including supervising, coaching, and directing the sales staff
- Contribute to the sales floor by actively engaging in the sales process with our customers, providing an excellent experience for each customer in the store while also exemplifying our Shane Co
- Working closely, collaboratively, and transparently with the rest of the store management team
- Ensuring partnership with the Store Visual Merchandiser to understand and educate the team in all merchandising standards, including case presentation and storytelling
- Participating in and exemplifying our company culture
- Develop a basic understanding of all functionalities and processes in the shop, customer service department, and sales operations
- Attending and participating in all scheduled meetings of the store management team as requested, as well as meetings with the sales team
- Perform duties related to opening and closing the store
- Process clean and checks, write up shop jobs for sales, customer repairs, and warranty work, master Quality Control according to Shane Co standards, and participate in shop-related inventories
We will provide you with the training you need to be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our merchandise, represent our brand, and create an exceptional store experience for each and every customer
