Position – Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Great Falls, MT
We are seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics to support aircraft maintenance operations in Great Falls, MT. This position performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and modifications in an active MRO environment.
Candidates with commercial, regional, or corporate aircraft maintenance experience are preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems and determine appropriate corrective actions
- Repair and maintain airframe, engine, hydraulic, landing gear, and related aircraft systems
- Remove, install, repair, and replace aircraft components as required
- Perform work in accordance with applicable technical data, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures
- Complete aircraft maintenance records and required documentation accurately
- Coordinate with inspectors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Support AOG maintenance requirements as needed
- Follow established safety, quality, and maintenance procedures

Summary of Education, Experience and Certification
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate strongly preferred
- Candidates willing to obtain an A&P certificate may also be considered
- Approximately 2–5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience preferred
- Commercial, regional, or corporate aircraft maintenance experience preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting practices
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot aircraft mechanical and related systems
- Proficiency with aircraft maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to complete maintenance documentation accurately
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Must provide a basic set of personal tools
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The employee will work in aircraft maintenance and hangar environments and may be exposed to noise, chemicals, moving equipment, heights, and confined spaces.
The position requires extended standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
