Our growing family law practice is seeking a skilled Family Law Paralegal to join our team. As the firm manages a busy caseload, we need an experienced, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. This role is primarily remote but requires in-office work as needed for various tasks. Must be reliable, accountable, and a self-starter.
Compensation- $60,000 + dependent on experience and discretionary bonuses

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate docketing of all case deadlines, filings, and court dates.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, financial disclosures, discovery responses, subpoenas, and witness disclosures.
- File documents electronically using the Colorado Courts E-Filing system (CCEF).
- Ensure case files are organized and compliant with court and firm procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule mediations, hearings, and client meetings.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with attorneys, clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
- Assist with trial preparation, including creating and organizing exhibits and trial notebooks.
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document preparation, including creating and editing PDFs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of family law paralegal experience preferred, including familiarity with Colorado family law rules and procedures.
- Strong organizational and docketing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document management.
- Skilled in using CCEF, Microsoft Office Suite, and case management software; experience with Clio is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Flexibility to work in the office as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent experience.
