Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician
Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in Sumter, SC is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their team! If you have the required experience, I encourage you to apply!
Maintenance Technician Summary
- Low to Mid $30 hourly range
- Direct Hire
- 7pm-7am (2 days on, 3 days off)
- Will train on days from 7am-4pm
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain equipment/machines
- Preventative maintenance and repair of all equipment
- Install and maintain production equipment, including emergency/unscheduled repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair control devices and motors (110 V AC – 4160 V AC)
- Troubleshoot, program, and repair PLCs
Maintenance Technician Qualifications
- AAS Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred Maintenance OR 5 years of work experience in industrial maintenance and HS Diploma/GED
- Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Understanding of PLCs
- Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring devices
- Accurate troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Strong communication and computer skills
