OCFL is Hiring: Experienced Massachusetts Divorce & Custody Litigator
Are you a fierce litigator who thrives in high-conflict divorce and custody cases but also knows how to shift gears and negotiate strategically when it matters most? At O'Connor Family Law, we're looking for an experienced family law attorney who's confident in the courtroom, skilled at handling emotionally charged cases, and committed to helping clients take back control of their lives.
Our firm is built on integrity, autonomy, and impact. Most of our legal team works remotely, except for in-person court dates or meetings. We offer a strong compensation package (including a sign-on bonus, base salary with an incentive bonus structure, qualified health expense reimbursement plan, student loan repayment benefits, and unlimted PTO after two years), regular team training, and a real plan for internal growth.
We have offices in both Hanover and Westborough and will be looking to add offices in Middlesex and/or Norfolk County as well.
