We are looking for an experienced Manager, Facilities Call Center to lead strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across functional and cross-functional teams. Based in Menlo Park, California, this long-term contract Manager, Facilities Call Center position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and make a meaningful impact on organizational goals. The ideal Manager, Facilities Call Center will excel at managing complex projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and training staff including supervisors and call center specialists.
• Ensuring efficient call center operations and timely management of incoming requests
• Opportunity for problem solving and determining opportunities to improve our processes and technology.
• Interdepartmental and cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams
• Flexibility for on-call duties including some nights and weekends to handle emergencies.
• Five years of leadership or management experience ideally in a call center or facilities operations environment.
• The ability to lead a team develop staff and lead engagement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication process improvement and ability to lead and implement change management
