We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in manual and responsive design testing, along with a strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive manual testing for web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
• Perform responsive design testing across multiple breakpoints to ensure optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and provide clear reporting on testing results.
• Identify and document bugs using tools such as Atlassian Jira, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Execute ad-hoc testing as needed to address specific project needs.
• Apply knowledge of agile methodologies to contribute to iterative development cycles.
• Utilize auditing and automation frameworks to optimize testing workflows.
• Proven experience in manual testing for web, mobile, and responsive applications.
• Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and reporting.
• Solid understanding of agile Scrum practices and their application in QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks and backend development.
• Ability to perform A/B testing and analyze results effectively.
• Experience in agency environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to create and interpret business requirement documents accurately.
