Maintenance Manager
Location: Concord, TN
Compensation: $120K–$150K base + bonus potential (based on experience)

This role is designed for a maintenance leader who enjoys working with advanced equipment and wants to help take a good operation to the next level. You will focus on strengthening preventive maintenance strategies, supporting equipment upgrades, and developing the maintenance team as the operation continues to expand.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the maintenance team supporting a highly automated consumer products manufacturing operation
- Own and continuously improve the preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensure equipment reliability, uptime, and safe operation across all production areas
- Analyze downtime, recurring issues, and failure trends to drive permanent solutions
- Partner closely with production and engineering teams to support ongoing improvements and upgrades
- Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory and maintenance planning processes
- Lead maintenance training and skill development initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development planning for maintenance personnel
- Use CMMS tools to track work orders, PMs, labor, and equipment history
- Champion safety, quality, and compliance across all maintenance activities
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, and automation enhancements
Requirements
- BS/BA is preferred or an AAS is required
- 5-7+ years of consumer products maintenance leadership experience required
- Experience in a high-speed, automated production environment required
- Strong background managing preventive maintenance programs
- Proven leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems
- Experience with PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial controls preferred
- Familiarity with CMMS systems; SAP experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and work hands-on when needed
