Job DescriptionJob Overview: Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
- The AEM Tech Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable Adobe Experience Manager solutions.
- This role involves providing technical leadership, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business and user experience goals.
- The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital experience platforms and ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong expertise in AEM development including AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Proficiency in Java, Sling, HTL, JCR, and OSGi.
- Experience in designing and implementing AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Cloud migration and content transfer processes.
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Architect or Developer certification.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
Experience:
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AEM development and architecture.
- Proven experience leading AEM projects and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable AEM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and solution architectures.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Design and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Configure AEM Sites and Assets to support content management and publishing workflows.
- Lead migration of AEM Sites and Assets to AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Refactor legacy code to align with cloud compatibility and best practices.
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems including CRM and marketing platforms.
- Implement Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for personalization and optimization.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
- Support production deployments and continuous improvements.

Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Should Have:
- Experience with Adobe IO, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
- Experience in insurance domain such as life, health, or property and casualty.
