Tasks
Manage case intake and delinquency evaluations
Prepare and review legal pleadings
Handle negotiations and court proceedings
Manage post-judgment collection efforts
Conduct legal research and monitor cases
Maintain client communication and reports
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Colorado
3+ years legal collections experience
Strong knowledge of FDCPA
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume caseload
