Position Description

Wally’s Maintenance Team Members play an important role in creating the clean, safe, and welcoming environment our guests expect. From spotless restrooms to well-maintained parking areas and fuel pumps, this team helps keep every part of the property looking its best.

This position works throughout the store and exterior areas to maintain cleanliness, complete routine facility tasks, and support overall operations. Maintenance team members often work independently or alongside a small team, taking pride in keeping the property organized, safe, and ready for guests at all times.

What You’ll Do at Wally’sMaintain Clean Facilities

Help keep the store interior, restrooms, and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.

Care for Exterior Areas

Maintain parking areas, sidewalks, fuel pumps, and outdoor spaces so the property remains clean, safe, and inviting for guests.

Handle Daily Cleaning & Maintenance Tasks

Use janitorial tools and cleaning equipment to complete routine maintenance tasks such as floor care, trash removal, and facility upkeep.

Support Store Operations

Assist with tasks such as stocking supplies, helping with deliveries when needed, and supporting other departments during busy times.

Maintain Safety & Organization

Follow safety procedures, report facility concerns, and help keep maintenance tools, equipment, and supply areas organized.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate basic maintenance equipment and tools
• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Physical Requirements

This role involves standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the property during the shift. Team members may use cleaning tools, maintenance equipment, and occasionally lift or move supplies.

6 AM - 2 PM
40 hours/week
