Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on opportunity? We're seeking a Packager to join our team in Spring Lake. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us ensure high-quality production and efficient packaging to meet customer needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Packager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Packaging and Sorting: Stand at the end of a stamping press to inspect, sort, and pack finished parts into containers and boxes.
- Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to maintain high-quality standards and identify any defects.
- Safety and Efficiency: Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
In addition, you will also be expected to cross-train in other areas of production to support overall team success.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience (recommended)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours per shift
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ensures that all parts meet quality and safety standards.
- Teamwork: Works well with others to maintain smooth production flow.
- Basic Math Skills: Accurately counts and records part quantities.
