We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide support for a client who values family and enjoys spending time outdoors. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, ensuring the client's comfort and well-being while allowing them to remain in their home surrounded by loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with mobility, including transfers from wheelchair to other seating areas.
• Provide companionship and engage in outdoor activities.
• Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with the client, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
• Monitor the client's condition and report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in personal care or a related field.
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers.
• Excellent communication skills and patience.
• Understanding of the importance of family and home environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
