About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technical Manager to oversee the technical operations across our digital portfolio. This role bridges hands-on technical work and strategic management — ensuring our web presence, e-commerce systems, and backend infrastructure run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with leadership, creative, and operations teams to optimize and manage websites, support our wholesale brand’s technical needs, and maintain core IT systems. While we leverage AI-driven tools like 10Web.io for automation, this role still requires solid technical understanding and the ability to troubleshoot, build, and optimize.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management & Optimization

- Oversee and maintain company and client websites using WordPress and 10Web.io.
- Build and manage e-commerce sites with optimized user experience and conversion flow.
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and analytics tracking.
- Update content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless uptime across portfolio sites.
- Technical Operations & Support

- Troubleshoot and support hardware (e.g., iPhones) for the wholesale brand team.
- Manage and maintain Office 365 accounts, permissions, and integrations.
- Configure and optimize DNS, email servers, and backend infrastructure for reliability and deliverability.
- Project & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with designers, developers, and third-party vendors as needed.
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and project updates.
- Support integration of AI tools and automation platforms into workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical management, IT, or web development roles.
- Proficient with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (deep programming not required).
- Experience with DNS management, O365 administration, and email systems.
- Familiarity with AI website builders (e.g., 10Web.io) is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
