Job DescriptionWe are offering an opportunity for a Law Clerk to join our team based in Houston, Texas. The role involves reviewing legal files, updating databases, and handling high-volume data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents
• Regularly update and manage the database based on file reviews
• Compare and review data sets in Microsoft Excel and the database
• Use case management software and legal software such as LexisNexis or Conveyancer
• Handle claims administration and complaint handling
• Draft contracts and handle other legal documentation
• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Manage high-volume data entry tasks
• Provide briefing on case updates and changes.• Law Clerk position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Case Management Software is necessary for this role.
• Familiarity and experience with Conveyancer is a must.
• Mastery of Legal software tools is expected.
• Applicants should have a good command of LexisNexis.
• Experience with any Management System is highly desirable.
• Ability to conduct effective Briefing is required.
• Experience in Claim Administration is essential.
• Proficiency in Complaint Handling is crucial for this role.
• Excellent Documentation skills are necessary.
• Capability to Draft Contracts is a must.
• Applicants should have experience in Data Entry.
• Ability to handle High-Volume Data Entry is expected.
• The ability to Perform Data Entry tasks efficiently is required.
