Our dealership in Amarillo, Texas is the premier RV Center in the Texas Panhandle and is seeking a Level 4 Certified RV Technician or an individual with equivalent experience to join our team.
This is a top-tier position for a dedicated professional who wants to lead, train, and elevate the next generation of RV techs while maintaining the highest service standards.
What your day will look like:
- Assist staff technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain all major RV systems with expert precision
- Lead by example train and mentor technicians at all levels
- Support our service team in achieving elite-quality workmanship and efficiency
- Work closely with management to improve service processes and technician development
- Help uphold Ron Hoovers reputation for excellence in RV service and customer care
What makes you the best candidate for this position:
- Level 4 RV Technician Certification (RVTI or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a master-level RV tech and/or trainer
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
