Job Description

Support safe surgical care as an Operating Room Circulator RN. Work alongside surgeons and the perioperative team to maintain patient safety, coordinate operating room activities, and support procedures throughout the surgical process. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Location: Great Bend, Kansas

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts; variable start times

Sign-On Bonus: Not specified

Responsibilities

- Verify patient identity, procedure, consent, and required documentation.

- Help prepare the operating room and maintain a safe surgical environment.

- Coordinate activities among the surgical team.

- Monitor patient safety and follow established surgical protocols.

- Maintain accurate records throughout procedures.

- Support infection prevention and sterile-field standards.

Requirements

- Active Kansas or Compact RN license.

- New graduates welcome.

- Perioperative or operating room experience is beneficial.
