About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk & Night Audit Professional to join our team at a long-stay hotel property in Doral.

Also, We are hiring an experienced Night Audit professional to join our team at hotel property located in Downtown Miami.

This role is ideal for candidates with prior hotel front desk or night audit experience who are looking for stable, full-time employment in a supportive environment.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, provide excellent customer service, and complete nightly audit procedures. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed Full-Time hours

• Free on-site parking

• Competitive hourly rate ($16/hr)

• A consistent schedule in Doral: 3 days and 2 overnight shifts per week

• Consistent Schedule in Downtown Miami: 5 nights overnight per week.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries

• Handle reservations and room assignments efficiently

• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions

• Ensure accuracy in billing and reporting

• Maintain lobby and front desk area in a professional manner

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times

• Reporting to close property (in system), ensuring the next day operations (Rooms to be cleaned by Housekeeping, Out of Order Rooms, Reservations, etc).

Qualifications:

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience required

• Bilingual (English–Spanish) required — candidates must be able to communicate fluently with guests and team members in both languages.

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work both daytime and overnight shifts

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems preferred

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused

Schedule Property in Doral: Full-Time (Guaranteed 40 hours per week). 3 shifts per week on a rotating schedule (7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm) + 2 shifts per week as Night Audit (11:00pm–7:00am).

Schedule Property in Downtown Miami: Full-Time (Guaranteed 40 hours per week). 5 shifts per week (11:00pm–7:00am).
