We are a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of properties through trustee sales, foreclosure auctions, and other distressed asset channels. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant with existing real estate knowledge who can help identify, evaluate, and support the acquisition of investment properties.

Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate properties scheduled for trustee sale and foreclosure auctions
• Perform preliminary title and lien research
• Analyze property values, ARV, and repair estimates
• Assist with due diligence and acquisition preparation
• Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and vendors
• Maintain property and lead databases
• Prepare summary reports on prospective properties
• Attend trustee sales as needed (optional but preferred)

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of real estate transactions and terminology
• Familiarity with trustee sales, foreclosures, liens, and title searches (preferred)
• Ability to evaluate property values and investment potential
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and online real estate tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation (if local field work is required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Real estate license (not required but a plus)
• Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, probate, or foreclosure markets
• Experience using MLS, PropStream, CoStar, or similar platforms
