We are seeking a professional Cleaning Technician - Day Porter to maintain cleanliness in a multi-tenant office building located in the Bloomfield Hills area (Square Lake and Woodward).
This role involves general commercial cleaning with on-site training provided for candidates without prior experience. The technician will work around customers and employees, requiring a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
Responsibilities
- Clean restrooms thoroughly to ensure hygiene standards
- Maintain kitchen areas, including cleaning and stocking supplies
- Manage stock and put away supplies, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Vacuum, dust, and mop floors and surfaces
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Interact professionally with customers and building employees
