**Future Opportunity**
CSEngineering is seeking a Corporate Culture Change Management Consultant to join our growing team! This role will serve as the primary point of contact for organizational culture and behavioral change initiatives, providing change management support to facilitate the implementation and sustainment of strategic programs and portfolio operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience in organizational transformation, workforce engagement, and change management within IT-centric environments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Corporate Culture Change Management Consultant will support organizational transformation initiatives by developing and implementing change management strategies designed to influence workforce behavior, communication, and operational culture.
- The consultant will prepare detailed migration planning and trade-off analysis based on industry best practices to support strategic program implementation. The role will assist in establishing and sustaining a culture that promotes collaboration, communication, and engagement across social, environmental, technical, and corporate environments.
- The Corporate Culture Change Management Consultant will review project plans, status reports, and deliverables to ensure change management considerations are incorporated into program execution. This includes evaluating program plans and portfolio deliverables to confirm that change management activities are properly addressed and integrated.
- The consultant will provide communication and advisory support to management teams regarding organizational change initiatives, ensuring leadership has visibility into program progress, risks, and recommended improvements.
- The role will support the implementation of change management processes across large organizations, including coordinating workforce engagement initiatives, facilitating training programs, and supporting conferences or corporate events designed to promote cultural education and awareness.
- The Corporate Culture Change Management Consultant will also contribute to the sustainment of long-term cultural transformation by supporting communication strategies, workforce education initiatives, and cross-organizational collaboration efforts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority in change management, organizational development, or related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting organizational change initiatives focused on cultural and behavioral transformation within IT-centric organizations.
- Experience implementing change management processes within organizations supporting a workforce of at least 350 personnel.
- Experience supporting workforce education initiatives including corporate training programs, workshops, or conferences related to organizational culture and change management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to coordinate across leadership, program teams, and organizational stakeholders.
Location: Washington, DC (NCR) with potential travel to other government sites as required.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
- PROSCI Change Management Certification preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level transformation or strategic capability programs.
