Location: N. Oklahoma City, OK 73131 / 100% on-site
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Legal Secretary/Legal Administrative Assistant to join a busy legal office in North Oklahoma City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively support multiple attorneys, and enjoys handling a variety of legal and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have prior legal office experience, a strong understanding of legal terminology, and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities change. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys simultaneously.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence and documents.
- Conduct legal research and gather supporting information for case files.
- Prepare and file court documents electronically and in person, as needed.
- Compile and summarize medical records for legal matters.
- Review case files, identify missing information, and perform in-depth research to uncover critical details.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Assist with additional administrative and legal support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrative Assistant, or in a similar legal support role preferred.
- Working knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal documentation.
- Experience with legal research and court filings is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and effectively support multiple attorneys.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to adjust to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
