We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing construction team. Previous construction experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction and renovation projects.
- Load, unload, move, and organize building materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Assist other skilled tradespeople as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
- Perform demolition, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform other general labor duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
