Role Description The Home Delivery Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Plant City, FL. This role is responsible for coordinating daily home delivery operations, including scheduling routes, monitoring delivery timelines, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. The coordinator works closely with internal teams, drivers, and customer service to resolve delivery issues, manage exceptions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking delivery performance metrics, maintaining delivery documentation, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
