Position Type: Full-Time
Practice Area: Commercial Litigation / Business Litigation
Payrate: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active New York (NY) Bar license (required)
- 3–8+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure and federal litigation processes
- Experience handling motions, depositions, and court appearances
- Trial experience is a plus
