Key Responsibilities

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Perform account analysis and investigate variances.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and management reporting packages.
- Support the annual audit and work with external auditors as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the company's continued growth.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Approximately 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally with a Big 4 or regional public accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- A motivated, intelligent professional with the desire to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow with the company.
