Broker Associate Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated real estate professional who wants to learn to grow in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions and operating within a structured, high-performance environment. If you do not yet hold your broker license, you will receive support and direction to help you earn it. Licensed agents will be able to plug into the commercial platform immediately and begin building a book of business with long-term income potential.

Compensation:
$160,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to help new agents align with team standards and achieve success
- Partner with leadership to design and implement agent retention strategies
- Support agents with marketing materials and manage online/social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales
- Oversee day-to-day operational functions for the team to ensure efficiency
- Contribute to both team and individual sales goals
- Maintain and grow a high-quality client database
- Lead the expansion of your division with a focus on sustainable growth
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents for skill development and performance improvement
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
- Real estate license required
