About the Position
Edens Structural Solutions, an AnchorPoint Company, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Construction industry experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
· Perform bookkeeping and enter financial data accurately.
· Process vendor invoices and schedule and payments.
· Maintain accurate, organized vendor files.
· Prepare and send customer invoices.
· Process and record customer payments.
· Prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications
· Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
· Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
· Construction industry experience desirable, particularly in bookkeeping or accounting.
· Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Dependable attendance and punctuality.
