Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to join the Translational Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics (tPKPD) team. This role supports preclinical PK/PD studies by contributing to study execution, PK data analysis, and database management while helping transition manual workflows to automated, data-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities

Support design, outsourcing, monitoring, and execution of preclinical PK studies.

Perform limited laboratory support activities including dose material preparation and sample/tissue handling.

Conduct PK data analysis and maintain departmental databases and study records.

Utilize coding and data tools to streamline data entry, perform statistical analysis, and generate reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present study results to the department.
Qualifications

BS or MS in Biology, Pharmacology, Data Science, or related field.

1–2 years of preclinical R&D experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings preferred.

Basic knowledge of animal physiology and cell culture.

Familiarity with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, FACS, and LC-MS.

Experience with data analysis, database management, and coding for large datasets preferred.
