Job Description

We are seeking a Plastic Injection Machine Molding Operator to perform machine setup and operation using hydraulic and multiple types of injection molding equipment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor and Plant Manager, this role supports safe, efficient production through process monitoring, quality inspection, equipment care, and accurate production recording.

Responsibilities

Operate hydraulic and other injection molding machines.
Install and set up molds for production.
Load materials and monitor molding processes.
Inspect finished products and detect defects.
Make machine adjustments to maintain process control and product quality.
Record production information accurately.
Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area.
Follow manufacturing safety requirements and procedures.

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in plastic injection molding operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with injection molding machines and mold setup.
Knowledge of process control and manufacturing safety.
Ability to read blueprints and perform caliper measurements.
Experience with quality inspection and mechanical troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
