Your Role Includes:

Leading a group of proactive maintenance technicians on the night shift.

Guaranteeing safe, effective repairs and preventive maintenance of our production equipment.

Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to reduce downtime.

Utilizing root cause analysis and improvement techniques to address equipment issues.

Overseeing team scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Contributing to capital projects, technological updates, and new tech implementation.

Ensuring adherence to safety, food safety, and regulatory standards.
Essential Qualifications MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong visual acuity and manual skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
VALUED ADDITIONS
- Experience with beverage processing equipment
- Acquainted with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- 4 years experience with OSHA, HACCP, USDA compliance
