Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Best Western Redondo Beach Inn is looking for a hardworking and dependable Houseman to join our hospitality team in beautiful Redondo Beach, CA! Responsibilities:

• Support the housekeeping team by delivering linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and service areas
• Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from hallways and guest floors
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and elevators
• Assist room attendants with stripping and making beds as needed
• Transport housekeeping carts and equipment throughout the property
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate with housekeeping supervisors
• Ensure back-of-house areas and storage rooms are organized and well-stocked

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
• Basic communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
