Fleet Feet 5901 Wyoming NE Albuquerque NM 87109 is seeking a Retail Salesperson to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Pay : Hourly $14-18 potential bonuses and/commission
Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers warmly and provide personlized service
- Help customers find shoes that mee thier style and comfort needs
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Process sale transactions using POS system
- Keep the sale flooe clean, organized and well-stocked
- Assist with opening, closing and inventory duites as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred (but not required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
