Responsibilities for the Machine Operator: As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process by operating and monitoring printing equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Load stacks of paper into production machinery
- Ensure materials are properly aligned for accurate machine feeding
- Monitor equipment performance and address paper jams or production issues
- Collect completed printed and folded products from production lines
- Conduct quality inspections to verify finished products meet specifications
- Package and organize completed materials for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- Follow all production and safety procedures
Required Qualifications for the Machine Operator:
- Minimum of 2 years of machine operation experience
- Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and strong time management skills
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
