Position: Assembly Technician – Contractor A
Location: Malabar, FL (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $23/hr W2
Duration: 12+ Months, Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: As per client requirements
Job Description:
We are looking for an entry-level Assembly Technician to perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have basic assembly skills, the ability to follow technical instructions, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations.
- Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Follow technical specifications, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Set up and adjust assembly equipment while maintaining required tolerances.
- Use hand tools and automated production equipment as needed.
- Follow established procedures and escalate issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0–3 years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of electronic or mechanical assembly is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and documents.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work under close supervision.
