What We're Looking For:

We're hiring an experienced residential painter to join our crew. This isn't an entry-level position. We need someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the finished product.

Requirements
\n
- \n
- Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (residential interior and/or exterior)
- Must wear painter's whites on all job sites, no exceptions
- Fluent English communication required
- Reliable transportation to job sites, must be able to drive yourself (no drop-offs)
- Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage your time on site
- Must be able to pass a background check

What You'll Do
\n

- Interior and exterior residential painting
- Surface preparation (patching, caulking, sanding, priming)
- Drywall repair and carpentry touch-ups as needed
- Maintain a clean, professional job site
- Represent Foist Painting professionally in customers' homes
