What This Role Really Looks Like:


As a team agent, your focus is on client relationships, consultations, and contracts — while operating within our team systems and expectations.

You will:

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound opportunities

• Follow structured follow-up plans and maintain accurate CRM records

• Conduct buyer and seller consultations using team frameworks

• Show homes, host open houses, and guide clients through the process

• Negotiate contracts with leadership support when needed

• Work closely with our transaction team to ensure smooth closings

• Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
