Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Work with buyers and sellers to help them reach their real estate goals
- Follow up with leads and appointments in a timely, professional manner
- Use scripts, systems, and CRM tools consistently
- Attend team training, coaching, and accountability meetings
- Build and manage a pipeline of active and future clients
- Guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and contracts
- Deliver a high level of service and communication throughout the transaction
- Track performance and activity metrics, and provide coaching well
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota real estate license is required
- Real estate experience preferred, but newer agents with the right mindset will be considered
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently while also being part of a team
- Comfortable with accountability, goals, and performance expectations
- Professional, organized, and people-oriented
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work a flexible schedule
