Stock / Picker
Schaumburg, IL
Hours: 3pm-11:00pm (M-F)
Pay: $18.50 / hour

A well-established company specializing in Hydraulic tolling is seeking a Stock Picker for its facility.
The company values cross-training, employee development, and internal growth, offering clear advancement paths across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Stock Picker will be responsible for accurately picking and prepping of all orders.
• Locating and counting parts properly.
• Perform verification of parts.
• Daily picks of customer orders in proper sequence, ensuring no damage.
• Delivering parts to assembly area.
• May have to stand for extended periods of time.

These positions offer great potential for long-term growth, especially for candidates who are open to learning within a supportive team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Employees often start in entry-level positions and grow into more technical roles.

• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a Forklift.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass a 10-Panel Drug Screen.
• Must pass a Background Check
• Must be eager to Grow & Learn.
