Location: McGregor, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Pay: $16-$17/hr (Depending on Experience)Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including offices, breakrooms, and manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize breakrooms and office spaces, including wiping surfaces and disinfecting high-touch areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free appearance.
- Perform cleaning and sweeping in manufacturing areas to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Adhere to all safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning schedules.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.
